House was great- very clean and plemty of space. The only issie is ability to access the beach. You have to jump from a 3 ft wall and it was hard and some impossible for a few of our members.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was seriously amazing. one of our favorite things about it was the pass through window in the kitchen! they had everything we needed for our family! Our hosts were super responsive and gave amazing recommendations for us! we went to hammock beach and found some beautiful shells! we loved using the pool table and the hot tub and pool or "the cold tub" as our 3 year old called is was a massive hit! everyone was incredibly polite and the experience we had was amazing. we make a trip to the area at least once a year and this was by far one of our favorite stays! it was seriously one of the best family trips I've ever had in my 27 years and the home, amenities, and ambiance pulled it all together in the perfect bow. Thank you so much for opening your home to us!

Best hosts on AirBnB - went above and beyond to accommodate, after original reservation cancelled - this upgraded space was perfect for a relaxing getaway and had all the luxury you could want with a location that made it easy to enjoy the local surroundings. I would not hesitate to book this property again in the future.

Nice home in a great location with all the amenities we needed. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked, it exceeded our expectations. We will definitely rent this one again.

Me and my family had an amazing time. Beautiful view. Great fishing. Lots of games to keep you busy. The pool an outside area was probably our favorite. The boat dock was great for fishing off of. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I could not recommend this place enough. It was so peaceful, easy access to the pool, and walking distance to just about anything. The host was the absolute best, quick responses and so overwhelmingly helpful. We barely had to pack any beach gear due to them having basically everything already. We are ready to book again for a later date.

The house was amazing and exactly what the host described. My grandkids enjoyed the game room and the pool was great. Will definitely stay here again we had an amazing time!!!

We had a wonderful time on the property and felt right at home. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Home was spacious, bed was comfortable, and kitchen fully stocked with high end cookware. We saw beautiful sunsets and dolphins too. Our pup loved the backyard too. We hope to be back soon. Ryan and staff are extremely attentive and communicated well during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Palm Coast. The house was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool area was especially nice and relaxing, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a vacation. The host was responsive and helpful, and check-in/check-out were easy. Thank you for a great stay — we would be happy to come back again!
