Pets are strictly not allowed on any furniture or beds. Any excess fur accumulated on the furniture and bed sheets will be extra $200 as a minimum charge.

The property insurance for your stay is provided through Waivo and is applied to ensure coverage for any accidental damages during your visit. Guests bringing a boat or trailer: According to local city regulations, boats and trailers can only be parked on the property for up to 72 hours or 3 days, for short-term stays. After that, boats and trailers must be moved to a storage facility.
