📋 **Other Details to Note** - The home is equipped with an elevator for convenient access to all three floors. - The pool is serviced regularly to ensure cleanliness and comfort. - Beach towels, linens, and starter toiletries are provided for your convenience. - Please note quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect the neighbors. - The kids’ bunk room and game areas are perfect for family fun, but adult supervision is recommended. Pool & Spa: The system is fully automated, and the pool and spa stay heated throughout the day for your comfort. The spa heater operates on a seasonal schedule: during the colder season (October–February), it turns on at 3:00 PM, and during the warmer season (March–September), it turns on at 12:00 PM. The spa is heated to match the pool temperature but will not exceed it, and there are no bubbles. Please note that the spa only operates between 5:30 PM and 11:00 PM in winter, and 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM in summer—this is just how the system is set up. Let us know if you have any special requests or need anything during your stay! Please note: A $50 damage waiver fee per stay is already added and charged to your total payment. The property insurance for your stay is provided through Waivo and is applied to ensure coverage for any accidental damages during your visit. Please Note: There is a $25 per day charge for heating the pool during the months of November through End of March
