Pets are strictly not allowed on any furniture or beds. Any excess fur accumulated on the furniture and bed sheets will be extra $200 as a minimum charge. Smoking is strictly prohibited. There will be a fine of $500 for extra cleaning and smoke smell removal. **Air Conditioning Usage** - Ensure all windows and patio doors remain shut while the AC is on. - Renters will be responsible for any repair costs resulting from not following these guidelines.
