For your safety, we do not recommend swimming in the Canal! As this is Florida, there is always the possibility of critters hanging around the house. The boatlift is not available for guests use Guests bringing a boat or trailer: According to local city regulations, boats and trailers can only be parked on the property for up to 72 hours or 3 days, for short-term stays. After that, boats and trailers must be moved to a storage facility. Please Note: There is a $25 per day charge for heating the pool during the months of November through end of March.
