Guests: No outside guests allowed. You are only allowed the total number of booked guests on the booking. NO PARTIES Pets: Pets are allowed but must be informed before hand and added to the booking. Pets are strictly not allowed on any furniture or beds. Any excess fur accumulated on the furniture and bed sheets will be extra $200 as a minimum charge. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside. There will be a fine of $500 for extra cleaning and smoke smell removal. No food or glass in the pool Guests are subject to pay extra cost for damages or necessary deep cleaning due to excessive abuse of property. **Air Conditioning Usage** - Ensure all windows and patio doors remain shut while the AC is on. - Renters will be responsible for any repair costs resulting from not following these guidelines.
