House Rules 1. **No Smoking**: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of any cigarette butts properly. 2. **No Parties or Events**: To maintain a peaceful environment, parties and large gatherings are not allowed. 3. **Respect Neighbors**: Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 PM, to respect our neighbors. 45. **Max Occupancy**: The maximum number of guests is limited to the number of beds provided. Please do not exceed this limit. 5. **Check-Out Time**: Check-out is by 10 AM. Please ensure the property is left in good condition and all keys are returned. 6. **Clean Up**: Please clean up after yourself, including washing dishes and disposing of trash in the designated bins. 7. **Use of Hot Tub**: For safety reasons, please follow the posted instructions for the medicinal cedar hot tub. No glassware is allowed in the hot tub area. 8. **Outdoor Fires**: Only use the designated fire pit area for fires. Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving it unattended. 9. **Damage and Theft**: Guests are responsible for any damage or theft that occurs during their stay. Please report any issues immediately. 10. **Parking**: Park only in designated areas. The gravel driveway is best accessed with a 4-wheel drive, but not strictly necessary. Better to use the lower level if you dont have an 4WD or AWD 11. **Security**: For your safety, the property is equipped with security cameras at entry points. These are not active inside the home.
