We had a great time here. There were 3 single kayaks and my 11 year old LOVED it. The pool kept the kids busy as well. And the fire pit was great for marshmallows. Loved the fact they had seasonings in the cabinets, DEF helps.

We had a very comfortable stay. Everything was clean and spacious. The pool was amazing! Access to the kayaks was easy and so much fun! We saw a sea turtle and a manatee in the canals while kayaking and the resident osprey fussed at us as we cruised his fishing spot! 🥰The owners made themselves available and were easy to communicate with throughout our visit.

My family and I had a lovely time at this home in Palm Coast. It was very clean with minimal issues. It was well stocked with pool towels, two sets of bath towels per person, and dishwashing / dishwasher liquid, and trash bags. We only had to use a few of the bags we brought along. The pillows were feather, so we purchased a few foam pillows due to allergies. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the screened in pool and peaceful water view. The management team was very responsive. I can tell they cared deeply about the space and sought to ensure we were settled and comfortable. It was about 45 minutes from Daytona Beach and about 30 minutes from downtown St Augustine. We ventured to both but mostly enjoyed our time in the pool and watching movies. It was a sweet chill vacation for the four of us.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The home was beautiful, spotless, and so relaxing—everything you hope for in a beach getaway. The pool was a highlight, especially for our daughter. It was the perfect way to unwind after the beach. The house felt welcoming and peaceful, with thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. We felt right at home and so grateful for a space where we could truly relax as a family. Highly recommend this Palm Coast gem—we can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at this beautiful waterfront home! The outdoor space was the highlight for us — we spent most of our time enjoying the pool, relaxing on the dock, and unwinding by the firepit in the evenings. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We also appreciated having access to the kayaks for a bit of adventure on the water. Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. We’d absolutely recommend this place to friends and would love to stay again!
