Ryan’s home was beautiful! My family is very picky, but this place checked everything! I love that it was SUPER clean. We enjoyed every bit of our stay! We love the Palm coast area and I’m super glad we found this place! We Will most definitely be coming back!

We had an amazing time staying at this home! I came with my family and we all felt super comfortable. The house is bright, clean, and very spacious. The pool was a big highlight for all of us. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. The host was absolutely wonderful , great communication and super quick to respond anytime we needed something. We truly felt at home. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect!! The home was clean, modern, provided everything we needed and more, well equipped, very responsive and flexible. I really enjoyed the most were the little touches throughout. Having the two homes for a crowd of 10 + pets (3 families) was the perfect touch. We had so much space and privacy. Location was minutes away from beaches, grocery stores, and more. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to return soon.

The house was perfect for our family, we had a wonderful time. The home layout was great and it was beautifully decorated. We loved the massive table that accommodated our family of 10. The views from the home, especially upstairs were beautiful. All of the games and beach necessities came in handy. We also really appreciated the host, they were very responsive to any questions we had, provided a lot of helpful information and were friendly and super helpful. You won't be disappointed staying here, it's great, steps from the beach and had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation!

This home was very cozy, clean and we LOVED the hot tub. We were able to have a nice relaxing evening. The accommodations were amazing! Our host was very responsive and very informative! I would give 100 stars if I could. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

We booked our stay on very short notice. The location is very close to Saint Augustine so lots to do. The property was very beautiful and the house layout was fantastic. Our daughter in particular loved the bedroom on the bottom floor. Two master bedrooms with bathrooms were very nice! The grounds and the pond were absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the separate area to grill. The kayaks were a bonus.

We had a wonderful family vacation in a very peaceful location. The host was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. I am new to renting on Airbnb and they were very pleasant and patient with me. We were surprised at how close to the beaches, Daytona and Orlando we were. We got the chance to see and experience so much because of the great location. Loved the home and its contemporary and very comfortable furnishings. Sunrise at the beach was the cherry on top!

Our family had a wonderful stay! We loved that we didn’t have to leave the house. The rooms were spacious and our boys got to jump in a pool daily and play games in a comfortable setting. Perfect home for bringing grandparents. Like having 2 wings!

We had a blast! Lisa was AMAZING to work with - super responsive! Her villa is so cute. it had everything that we needed. we are already thinking about booking for next Summer! Thank You, Lisa🙂

Our stay with Luxury Cohost was absolutely amazing. He was quick to respond to all messages, and the home was immaculate! The pictures were just as described, and the back yard was to die for! The pool overlooking the open water was my favorite part! We also got to see their friendly neighborhood dolphins! 😊 I will most definitely book with him again!
